Shipping and local pickup
We ship Australia-wide and offer international shipping to selected countries. Every item is packed carefully and dispatched promptly after payment. Local pickup is available from Greystanes, Sydney NSW by arrangement.
Domestic shipping
Australian orders are sent with Australia Post or a suitable courier, depending on the item size and weight. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
International shipping
International orders are sent with Australia Post or another suitable carrier. Delivery times vary by destination, customs processing and local postal services. Import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST, tariffs and other destination-country taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Used parts and compatibility
Parts are used unless the listing says otherwise. Please review the photos carefully, as they form part of the description. Unless stated otherwise, the item shown is the item supplied.
Please confirm the make, model, year and part number are right for your motorcycle before ordering. Compatibility remains the buyer's responsibility. Contact us before purchase if you would like help checking a part.
Returns and consumer rights
Contact us first with your order details and photos if there is a problem. Approved returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received. For a change-of-mind return, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
Nothing in these terms limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees may provide a repair, replacement or refund where goods do not meet the applicable guarantees.
Payments, installation and communication
Payments are processed securely through the online checkout and are due at the time of purchase. Dispatch starts after payment has cleared.
